Why a screening consultation?
A screening consultation gives me insight into your challenges, as well as what you want to gain from therapy. It also allows us to determine whether we are a good match.
Why 5 sessions?
Every person is unique, and it is difficult to know how much therapy you will need. Metacognitive Therapy is a short-term form of therapy that typically requires no more than 5–10 sessions. The fastest and greatest effect is achieved by working with the exercises provided between sessions. After the 5 sessions, we will evaluate together what makes sense for you going forward.
